Clancey and Michael's Maternity Session - Nambour - Sunshine Coast
I could not have been more excited when Clancey and Micheal announced that they were having a little one! Partly because they were going to be new parents and partly because I photographed their Sunshine Coast Wedding (images here)
It was Sunday the 25th of March, 2018, when we all set out together to explore the surrounds of the quiet little town of Nambour. I was to meet with the pair at their home so we could travel together and also because I kind of wanted to meet their dogs.
So when I arrived I knocked on the door and before I could enter a ball of clean white fluff raced past me faster than I could move to catch it, yep, I had let out one of the dogs… It started a crazy puppy chase that lasted for about 20 minutes and resulted in one naughty puppy being covered in coolers pegs. was a fun way to start the shoot that is for sure…
Then we got to spend some real time exploring in search of a great spot for our shoot. I love the Sunshine Coast as you don’t need to go too far to find the perfect paddock and spot of forrest to capture images. Clancey and Micheal had great local knowledge and we found a great road that provided the perfect backdrop for their maternity session. SO with lots of giggling about the dogs and Clancey’s pregnancy we had a great session! I can’t wait for the next instalment of their love story!
